Metal stamping technology level

Since many stamping plants belong to the mainframe factory, the stamping parts market is very imperfect and sound. But the market for small stamped parts is very mature in some parts of the South. From the current situation, China's stamping parts market has the following problems:
(1) Some production capacity is oversupplied, and some stamping factories in the main factory have not been able to hold them. There are insufficient production tasks for most of the year and there is no market behavior.
(2) The market for home appliances and electrical stamping parts is highly competitive. However, there are not many companies that are internationally competitive in the climate. (3) Serious research on the stamping parts market has not been carried out. The stamping parts market is chaotic. In the above market conditions, technological development is limited, and the entire industry is also behind, manifested in:
(1) The overall level is low, and many industries have excess production capacity and lack high-grade technology. Technological progress is slow.
(2) Material technology, mold technology, lubrication technology and equipment level are at a low level, far from meeting the needs of domestic production development.
